Every care has been taken to ensure that the photographic representation, description and specification of each product is accurate. Orders are subject to availability. We will not be legally bound by any factual or typographical errors on the website or other promotional material. Before you place an order you should read these terms and conditions carefully as they contain important information about your order. By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct, and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.
By placing an order you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing details. Acceptance of an order placed by you online and the completion of the contract between you and L’ETO CAFFE will take place when your order is dispatched, unless you have cancelled the order in accordance with our Returns & Refunds procedures below.
Collection and Delivery
Purchased items can be delivered within Central London or collected from our six branches.
We aim to deliver all orders on the date requested. In the unlikely event of a system fault or delays, we will inform you and offer an alternative delivery date. If you order more than one item, we may send them in multiple deliveries at no additional charge. Our standard delivery charges calculated to compensate cost of fuel.
Please note that the pick-up of your order from the branches will be available from the opening time on the day you specified for the collection.
All deliveries across London will be done during morning/afternoon (prior 2pm) and cannot be delivered at the specific time after midday.

Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact our head office on 02036217700 or [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery and explain the why you are not satisfied. We will exchange, replace or refund the item price.
Please contact [email protected] quoting your name and order number if you wish to cancel your order. Please make sure you have given sufficient notice as processed order cannot be cancelled and you will not be refunded.
In order to receive a refund for L’ETO plates/dishes/containers customer must return them to a branch in original condition within two months from the purchase date.
As soon as the plates have been returned, you should e-mail [email protected] quoting your name/order number and requesting a refund.
None of the above affects your statutory rights when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied nor does it affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Regulations.
At L’ETO CAFFE we understand that any personal information you provide on our website is private and we take every precaution to ensure that this information is safe and access to this information is restricted.
SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
